This comprehensive workshop fulfills the Texas LPC supervision requirements and is approved for 40 hours of continuing education units (CEUs) for Licensed Professional Counselors, including 14 hours dedicated to ethics and legal issues. The course is taught by Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S, NCC, a highly experienced supervisor and nationally board-certified counselor.

Workshop Structure:
Part I: Live Virtual Instruction
Format: 12 hours of interactive virtual sessions spread over two days
Part II: Self-Paced Online Assignments
Duration: 26 hours
Access: Materials available from Day 1 of the virtual course
Completion Window: 90 days from the start of the virtual instruction, in compliance with Texas Administrative Code §681.147(2)
This structure allows you to balance professional development with client commitments, minimizing time away from your practice.
Additional Support:
Approximately midway through the 90-day period, a 2-hour follow-up virtual session with trainer, Jessica Eiseman, will be scheduled. The cohort will determine the exact date during the initial training. This session provides an opportunity to address questions, review contracts, and reflect on the training material.
Course Investment
This is the baseline cost for participants who can afford the full price of the course. It reflects the value of the 40-hour LPC supervisor training, including live instruction, self-paced assignments, and follow-up support. The standard payment plan option allows participants to spread the standard $700 total cost over two months at $350/month, providing flexibility for those who need it. This has all the same features of the Standard rate, but it is a reduced fee rate if you sign up prior to 30 days before the start of the course. There is also an option to split the payment up into two payments of $300 over two months.
This is a reduced rate for participants who might otherwise face barriers to accessing the course. This option is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of spots offered to maintain accessibility for all. There is also an option to split this up into two payments of $250 over two months.
Minimum Enrollment & Refund Policy:
This course requires a minimum number of participants. If minimum enrollment is not met two weeks prior to the scheduled start date, participants will be offered the option to transfer to the next available supervision cohort or to a newly scheduled date if additional interest allows. If neither option works, a full refund will be issued.
In cases of illness or emergency, participants may transfer their paid credit to the next cohort. Refunds are not available for any other reason.
Texas LPC 40 Hour Supervision Course
Before enrolling in our 40-hour supervision training, please review this important information from the Texas LPC Board:
According to the Texas Administrative Code RULE §681.147, the requirements for obtaining LPC supervisor status are as follows:
You must have held a regular LPC license in good standing for at least 60 months (5 years) from the date of issuance.
You must submit your application for LPC supervisor designation within two years of completing the 40-hour supervision training.
What This Means for You:
To meet these requirements, you should only register for this training if you can confidently state one of the following:
I have held my LPC for at least 60 months (5 years) at the time of completing this training, or
By two years after this course ends, I will have held my LPC for at least 60 months (5 years).
If you do not meet these criteria, you will not be eligible to apply for LPC supervisor designation upon completing this course.

This self-paced portion builds on live instruction and may be completed within 90 days per Texas Administrative Code §681.147. Participants apply supervision models, ethical standards, and administrative responsibilities through case studies, readings, videos, and reflection. Modules address supervision practice, ethics, documentation, cultural competence, personal supervision philosophy, and readiness for LPC supervision, culminating in applied assignments demonstrating competence.
This self-paced portion builds on live instruction and may be completed within 90 days per Texas Administrative Code §681.147. Participants apply supervision models, ethical standards, and administrative responsibilities through case studies, readings, videos, and reflection. Modules address supervision practice, ethics, documentation, cultural competence, personal supervision philosophy, and readiness for LPC supervision, culminating in applied assignments demonstrating competence.
