Featured Groups + Learning Spaces
Supervisors spend a lot of time holding space for others. But there are very few places where supervisors themselves can slow down, think out loud about the work, and consult with thoughtful colleagues.
The Relational Supervision Roundtable was created to offer exactly that kind of space.
The Relational Supervision Roundtable is a monthly consultation group designed specifically for Clinical Supervisors who want a thoughtful space to reflect on supervision challenges, ethical dilemmas, and the evolving role of supervision in today’s mental health landscape. Clinical supervision can be one of the most meaningful roles in our profession—but it can also be one of the most complex and isolating.
Grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory, this roundtable centers the idea that growth happens through connection. Rather than approaching supervision from a place of hierarchy or perfection, this space invites supervisors to think collaboratively about the work of mentoring, supporting, and developing the next generation of counselors.
Each session creates space for supervisors to bring questions, consultation needs, and real-world supervision scenarios, including:
Navigating difficult supervision dynamics
Ethical and gatekeeping responsibilities
Supporting supervisees through burnout and professional identity development
Cultural responsiveness and power in supervision relationships
Documentation, liability, and supervision best practices
This is not a lecture or training. It is a facilitated professional consultation space where supervisors can slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue with other experienced clinicians.
