Relational Supervision Roundtable for Clinical Supervisors

$25.00

Supervisors spend a lot of time holding space for others. But there are very few places where supervisors themselves can slow down, think out loud about the work, and consult with thoughtful colleagues.

The Relational Supervision Roundtable was created to offer exactly that kind of space.

The Relational Supervision Roundtable is a monthly consultation group designed specifically for Clinical Supervisors who want a thoughtful space to reflect on supervision challenges, ethical dilemmas, and the evolving role of supervision in today’s mental health landscape. Clinical supervision can be one of the most meaningful roles in our profession—but it can also be one of the most complex and isolating.

Grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory, this roundtable centers the idea that growth happens through connection. Rather than approaching supervision from a place of hierarchy or perfection, this space invites supervisors to think collaboratively about the work of mentoring, supporting, and developing the next generation of counselors.

Each session creates space for supervisors to bring questions, consultation needs, and real-world supervision scenarios, including:

  • Navigating difficult supervision dynamics

  • Ethical and gatekeeping responsibilities

  • Supporting supervisees through burnout and professional identity development

  • Cultural responsiveness and power in supervision relationships

  • Documentation, liability, and supervision best practices

This is not a lecture or training. It is a facilitated professional consultation space where supervisors can slow down, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue with other experienced clinicians.

Policies & Participation Guidelines

The Relational Supervision Roundtable is designed to be a small, thoughtful consultation space where supervisors can reflect openly on the realities of clinical supervision. To support a respectful and consistent group experience, the following guidelines apply.

Confidentiality

Participants are expected to maintain professional confidentiality regarding all cases, supervision situations, and discussions shared within the group.

When discussing clinical work, participants should remove identifying information about clients, supervisees, and workplaces, in accordance with professional ethical standards.

Sessions are not recorded in order to protect confidentiality and encourage open dialogue.

Attendance & Refund Policy

Because space in the Relational Supervision Roundtable is limited, registration reserves your seat for that session.

Refunds are not available for missed sessions. However, if you are unable to attend, you may provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and your registration will be credited toward a future roundtable session.

Sessions missed without 24-hour notice will be considered a forfeited session.

If you purchased a multi-session package, missed sessions may be used for a future roundtable within the validity period of your package.

Participation Expectations

The Roundtable is designed to foster ongoing professional connection and meaningful consultation. Participants are encouraged to attend regularly and engage respectfully with others in the group.

Because this is a collaborative space, participants should come prepared to contribute to discussion, listen to different perspectives, and support a thoughtful professional dialogue.

Fit for the Group

The Relational Supervision Roundtable is intended for licensed clinicians and supervisors who value reflective consultation and collegial discussion.

To maintain a supportive and productive environment, the facilitator reserves the right to determine whether the group is an appropriate fit for a participant. In rare situations where the group may not be the best fit, alternative resources or future offerings may be suggested.

Important Note

This group is a professional consultation and reflection space. It does not constitute formal clinical supervision, therapy, or continuing education.
